Registration Terms & Conditions

By registering for and using the FBR Digital Invoicing Software (“the Software”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility
   Registration is available only to legally registered businesses and authorized representatives. You confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2. Account Responsibility
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

3. Accuracy of Information
   You agree to provide correct business details, including NTN/STRN and owner information. Any false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Use of the Software
   The Software must be used solely for lawful business invoicing purposes in compliance with FBR rules and applicable laws. Any misuse, tampering, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

5. FBR Compliance
   While the Software facilitates FBR digital invoicing, the responsibility for compliance, tax reporting, and accuracy of invoices remains with the registered business.

6. Data Usage & Privacy
   Your business and invoice data will be processed only for invoicing, reporting, and compliance purposes. Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect your data.

7. Service Availability
   We aim to provide uninterrupted service; however, access may occasionally be limited due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Suspension or Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if required by law or FBR directives.

9. Changes to Terms
   These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from incorrect data entry, system misuse, or external factors beyond our control.
